Hurricane Alley Books offers the following Returns Policy:

• Please contact us for all returns. Authorization for a return is required. Contact us at: CustomerService@HurricaneAlleyBooks.com
• Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we’ll refund all shipping costs.
• Returns are not accepted after 30 days from original delivery date.
• A 25% restocking charge will be applied on all returned items.
• We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund via PayPal or company check within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
