Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What shipping carrier do you use and by what method?
A: We ship via UPS (United Parcel Service), or USPS (United States Postal Service). Our shipping methods are UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS  Next Day Air, and USPS Priority Mail.

Q: Do you store any of my credit information?
A: Absolutely not! Please review Our Privacy page for more information. 

Q: How soon will you ship my stuff?
A: We will ship your stuff 2 - 3 business days after we have been notified that your payment has been accepted by PayPal.

Q: Do I really need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase?
A: No you do not. After being redirected to the PayPal payment site, you may pay for your purchase with either your PayPal account (if you have one), or you may just pay via a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
